Representing Hong Kong’s insurers

The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI) represents over 130 insurance companies and serves as the voice of the industry across financial, legal, and government sectors. The federation provides public guidance, coordinates member activity, and hosts resources ranging from campaign sites to leadership directories.

Eevy Design Studio pitched a full website redesign to HKFI, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and multilingual support. The goal was to organize decades of materials and present complex content in a format that feels structured and easy to navigate.

Collaborative design and delivery

We led the design and UX, working with Taotaro to deliver a site tailored to HKFI’s public role. That included rebuilding the entire file system, organizing legacy uploads, and creating scalable visual components to match the federation’s institutional voice.

A wide range of users access HKFI, from members and regulators to local press. The design system had to feel trustworthy and easy to navigate, whether browsing leadership updates or pulling key forms from the document library.

Visual clarity and dynamic context

HKFI’s interface was designed to present dense material with visual clarity. Campaign pages, press releases, and leadership structures were mapped to clean layouts that emphasize accessibility across devices and languages.

To deepen the local connection, the site includes a dynamic skyline image. It shows Hong Kong during the day or night depending on local time, adding a subtle layer of relevance without distracting from the federation’s content.

After launch, Eevy completed the delivery and handed off the project. HKFI continues to update the site as new campaigns and materials are added.
